Synesis × Qualigen: from zero to city pilots in weeks

In a matter of weeks, we took them from no public presence, no branding, and no sales collateral to a credible, conversion-ready GTM stack: logo and brand kit, a modern website, LinkedIn social design, sales documents (deck + one-pager), and the kickoff of a compounding content engine (blogs, email, ads).
Early outcome: paired with Synesis’s strong offer and sales execution, the new brand and copy helped secure a pilot with the most tech forward city in the US—and more pilots with other cities and DOTs are now in negotiation.
